Each of our warehouses has its own address and the following standard attributes* :
 
Office space
About 10% of the total square footage
 
Heat
Separately metered National Grid gas from hanging warehouse heaters. Offices have separate baseboard heat.
 
Electric
Separately metered 200 amp (larger unit can have 400 amp), 3 phase
 
Overhead Door
One roll-up door about 10' x 12' (up to 12' x 12' for larger units and only a few docks)
 
Ceiling Heights
About 10 to 14 ft., larger spaces are up to 14 ft.
